Open runs the next 3 weeks on Mondays at Duffryn. Then we aim to start training properly in coleg glan hafren which is likely to be Monday nights 7-9. This is when subs will commence.

We will be having a fund raising party on August 25th in Buffalo in Cardiff. There will be hip hop and r&b along with give aways and a mini art exhibition by Dai.

This is the deal. To play next season you will have to pay £25 registration.

There is no joining fee BUT you will be expected to sell 10 tickets for the fund raiser at £3 each.

Our aim is to generate £600 from this fundraiser and the KB allocation will raise in excess of £300 of the target.

We also may do some more fundraising (suggestions included bag packing, breaking a guiness world record, car boot sales) but peeps have to get involved. Can't keep relying on the same people to keep the club afloat.

A decision will be made on the 1 team/2 team thing after the league announces it's structure for next year.

PLEASE take the time to work out over the next few weeks. Timmy Mitch & Fung have been working out hard and it clearly showed last week. Don't make pre season harder than it needs to be.

Enjoy the diff, I'll enjoy the beach and watching the NBA free agent free for all from the sports bar.

Timmy says thanks to the people who came to the meeting today.

There was two KB players plus Dai (props superstar).

Because of the continuing lack of commitment those present have decided to call it a day.

Chairman Wes is done and returning to the valleys.

Tim is going to play for the capitals. Best of luck bro, seriously.

Fung is going to play football.

18 people tonight that's without Tim, OZ, Desimus, Blue Charge. Three more weeks of open runs and then we start pre season. Pre season WILL involve HIIT, Plyometrics and leg work so please, do some running and some wall sits now so it's not a shock to the system come late July. It's not a big deal to take 3 minutes out of your day to sit on the wall. Just don't pull nothing.

That's ask number 1.

KB fundraiser take 2. It has to be big this year. We have loads of work to do behind the scenes. It's going to be a Wednesday night. There will be music, art and tickets.
